We visited his home and design school in Spring Green Wisconsin.
Franklloydwright Taliesin. Yes I could go on in regards to his huge impact on American architecture and how modern he was way before his time, but I want to focus on his odd and seemingly mean spirited determination to design low ceilings. What I think was going on is simple. He was a short guy and he was going to make tall people suffer. He pulled it off, too. That said, I loved Taliesin and all his work. Amazing designs from a twisted short guy.
